Integra receivers, made by Onkyo, are a specially designed range of home theatre receivers and DVD players that include 7.1 channels, HDMI version 1.3, THX, dynamic power up to 400 watts at three ohms, multi-zone capabilities and many more expert features.

Custom features of Integra receivers include upscaling and up-conversion. Up-conversion is offered in models 5.9 and 6.9 which allow all formats such as analogue audio, composite and component video to be switched and output through HDMI. Up-scaling is offered in models 7.9, 8.9 and 9.9 through HQV Reon-VX processing for premium quality HDMI upscaling/transcoding of all sources (up to 1080p).

The Integra range is an integral part of an installation and has capabilities such as RS-232 serial connectivity, 12v triggers, infrared in and outputs and iPod control through an Onkyo DS-A2 interactive dock.
